It happened to me once. There was some buildup on top of the battery and the charger. Cleaned it with a toothpick, charged the battery and it started working again.

So i just bought my first evod its not an expensive 1 just a cheaper starting kit, it works fine for a bit but if i turn it off and come back half hour later it fires for a second then just blinks red for a few seconds the only way ive been able to bypass it so far is by taking it all apart and drying each piece but im not sure that is the problem as sometimes that doesnt work, but if it is the problem how do i avoid that happening and if it isnt the problem what is the problem?.

okay so i am using an evod vv with a kanger mini protank 2, and after a while i started to get that burnt taste so i took apart the coil and was doing dry burns. while i was doing this my battery started blinking and shut off (as it would when it runs out of power and needs to be charged) so i figured yeah i just need to charge it.

unfortunately i don't have another one right now but i did just order some new ones with my new battery, but my point is even if i do change it out with another one i feel as if it still isn't going to work because of what i said with the safety pin- when it comes into contact with anything metal it still blinks.
