What should you do if you prefer some cooler vape? You try not to increase the wattage and keep the coils colder. But if you don’t do anything with the amount of e-liquid preset to the hotter vaping mode, it will collect in the atomizer and will fly up at some point.

You’ll end up with uncontrollable atomizer popping and spitting until you fix the problem.
Can a rebuildable tank atomizer wick too fast?
Overly fast wicking isn’ t usually a problem with rebuildable dripping atomizers or sub-ohm tanks with pre-built coils. With rebuildable tank atomizers, though, the wicks can sometimes work too efficiently. If too much e-liquid center chamber, the coils will flood and the atomizer will begin popping and spitting. I have a uwell crown tank and use .5 ohm coils. and most of the time, it works great. but it seems like whenever i try a liquid that is high in vg, it pops really loud. it's not the normal small popping noises you usually hear, it'll be one huge pop. it's also usually after i've not vaped for 10+ minutes.

It's normal. I'm not too sure what causes it, I'm assuming when the liquid cools down it thickens, then the sudden burst of heat creates some sort of pocket of air and vapor that pops. My nautilus was really really bad for that. Usually I would avoid inhaling it by firing it up, letting it pop then blow out the smoke and inhale.

All of mine pop to a greater or lesser degree...my Steamcrave is really loud when I first use it! Once it warms up though it subsides quite a bit...

There are tiny rubber rings in a vaping device’s tank that prevent the e-juice from leaking out. When they are worn out or damaged, the liquid is bound to spill over.
Can you add e-liquid to a vape coil?
