Evods and most bottom coil clearomizers are a cool vape, try a top coil clearomizer for a warmer vape. Something like a vision vivi nova would do the job, but you won't get quite as much vapor.

The Evods should be bottom coils, and the vape will be cooler. A top coil tank will be warmer. Increasing the voltage will not "warm" up the vape, may produce more vapor, and may make more of a "rattlesnake" sound. What is the ohms on the tank ?
