I suspect that you are getting drier hits than you imagine. Clearomizers are notorious for slow wick feed. When you lay down the ecig on it's side (a must for clearos) make sure the wick is saturated in the juice inside the tube. Take a hit or two without pressing the fire button here and there. The vacuum will aid in feeding the wick.

Regardless of how much someone smoked, alot of folks back down from 24mg pretty quick to 18- especially if you're vaping all day long. Many go down to 12mg.
