Well vaping sure isn't going to help with you'drying out' like that! Especially since your doc told you to use saline spray, etc... he must have noticed that you were really dry. Maybe you should think about easin' up on the good ol vape until this gets better? Just a thought...

Cheriepye

Sorry your feeling so bad....I know I've been sneezing and having some runny nose, but mine is all seasonal allergies. Nothing I can blame on vaping. I hope you start feeling better soon.

I had the same problem. I have been using Saline Nasal Spray and it does the trick for me. No limit on use.

Scorched Super Member ECF Veteran

I have never had problems with this. In fact, blowing the vapor from a good menthol juice out of my nostrils seems to help loosen any mucus that might be in there.

Vaping tends to dry me out, too, but a did start using a humidifier and it's helped a lot. It's so dry this time of year, anyway

Interesting thread, I have been vaping for 4 days now and yesterday I was sneezing like crazy. I'm generally not a sneezer, I don't get sneezing fits. I am just coming off of a cold, though, so maybe that's it.

I got stuffy sinuses, maybe from vaping, maybe from winter, but a warm vaporizer does the trick.

vocr Super Member ECF Veteran

Bump from me too. I actually came here to see if I could find some info about this. Just started for me yesterday. I do not have a real cold. Got a blood test today to check if there is any possible infection or bacteria I am fighting and my doc got back to me 10 minutes ago and the counts are all normal.

If it helps I had this problem also I wasn't sure it was vaping because I'm prone to sinus problems anyway but now I think it was... good news? It passed... every now and then I get it for a day or two but over all my sinuses are behaving better than before I started,,,, hang in there if you're like me it will pass.

Hello everyone, so i started vaping and quit smoking at the same time and it was easy as pie. It was going very well until about a week ago i started too get a tingly or Pins And Needles sensation all over my body randomly through out the day.

Tam

Also, vaping will dehydrate you so you'll want to take in a LOT more water. Not juice, not coffee or tea...just water.

Bebop

If you think about it, quitting smoking is QUITE a change to put your body through.

Itsmedeanna64

No way of knowing for sure but I would guess it's your nic level. Maybe try going down and see if that helps. Cigarettes do some really weird things to your body and even more so when you cut it off I'd think. One thing that came as a big surprise to me was not healing after surgery. It caused me a lot of problems.

jonnoh

When I first replaced smoking with vaping, I got those pins and needles sensations mostly in my fingers and lower extremities. I put it off to improving circulation. Smoking closes blood vessels and that's why smokers tend to have cold feet and hands and men experience less sensation in that other important area.

Mirage

Jonnoh, I hate to tell you this but, its the nic that constricts our blood vesels and capalaries. That is why some men that smoke have ED but can still wake up with an oak tree in the morning. Hours have gone by and there nic level has droped therefore allowing better blood flow to our little buddy.

Alexlikes fruithoops

Hi, I know that I'm late but I have your exact same story, like literally, the exact story. I even smoked the same brand. Can you give an update. Have your fingers fallen off? Did vaping cause some sort of weird cancer in your baby teeth.
