The negatives are correct
The negatives are correct. I ordered at noon Tuesday, as of Sunday still not shipped. There are way too many better sites that ship or even next day. To may e save a buck, not worth it and they have lost a customer

Ordered a mod kit (mod, tank, coils) and accesories with rush shipping becuase I had to go on a trip. They send the wrong item, no tank, coils, etc. When I inquired, found there is no number, thier chat never works and you have to wait for their replies via email.

Place is a joke
Place is a joke. They send me a email for 50% off. I checkout and it is not automatically applied. I had a $5 reward I then applied and placed order and sent an email for them to honor the email discount. CS rep was rude and unprofessional. Said because I put in a promo code, the 50% off would not take off.
Give them a chance, my transactions were smooth and products are genuine!
Not sure what's happening to others who are leaving such horrible feedback. My experience has been professional and exactly as purchased. I used eightvape back in 2015 when they first opened their online site and it was great! I just used them again on July 9, 2021 and it was perfect. I made two orders totaling 110$ and received both a day early.

Ive been ordering from this company for a few years now, unfortunately their customer service is horrible and they do not stand by their word not to mention the defective products they send and good luck trying to get someone’s attention. No more eight Vape for me.

I’ve only placed one order with this company I spent 150 bucks on Vape supplies including 8 boxes of coils at $80, Every single one of the coils which were Smok were bad. Reached out to the company although I’ve got a response they said that there’s no refunds despite the product being completely defective.

I'm a 30f who has smoked a pack a day since I was 15. I tried vaping a least 10 times over the last 5 years. Buying an expensive mod, great juice, throwing the cigs away.
