when i breathe in on my vape it feels like there is something solid coming through

Since it will burn through your wick faster, your vape will be hot when you inhale. You can avoid this by getting rid of these hot spots either by pushing the coil wraps together or pulling them apart using ceramic tweezers. Sometimes though, a hot spot could be as a result of your coil touching your RDA’s inner wall.

Yeah, if you're vaping all day you might actually be increasing your nicotine intake. Do a test and only vape today when you'd smoke. I'd try the test on a fresh day though as alcohol, caffeine, and nicotine all can produce the same results.#N#Also just noticed that you said you only smoked 4-5 a day. If this just started 2 days ago, yet you've been vaping for a couple of years couldn't it be a cold or flu starting? Or even a respiratory infection? I've been vaping for a little over 4 years and although I don't get sick as often as I did with smoking, I had the flu a few weeks back and it started out exactly as your symptoms.

Elizabeth Baldwin Vaping Master Verified Member ECF Veteran

The thing is, I have used my vape with respiratory infections and colds before and its nothing like this. I cant even use it to avoid withdrawals because the tiniest bit will cause my lungs to lock up. Ive eaten about 8 full meals today. The funny thing is I smoked a cigarette just fine..

At the moment I haven't vaped in 4 days (or used any other form of nicotine appart from the gum) and am feeling much better.
