I would say it might be pretty strong for the average vaper but if you like Cinnamon Red Hots out of the box, 10% is perfect. I mixed 10% TFA peppermint and 90% 50/50 pg/vg. The flavor is a very nice warm peppermint, not too strong but definitely minty.
