This was asked just yesterday, if I'm not mistaken. The flash from red to green/blue is a function of the "smart charger" testing the voltage level of your battery, to see when to stop putting current to the battery. You just may not have noticed it until now.

I have one charger that does that and my batteries are always charged so it's nothing to worry about. I have a few others that stay red until done at which time they turn green. When it's time to worry is when it stops charging all together. Get a backup just to be on the safe side so you're never without a charger.

Mine has gone from red to green intermittently when it's almost done, I have an eGo by the way. Since it's very new, I'm assuming that's normal. There are three main reasons your Ooze vapor pen may be blinking green:
1. YOUR OOZE VAPE PEN IS DEAD AND NEEDS TO BE CHARGED
One of the most common reasons your Ooze pen is blinking green is because the battery has died and needs to be charged. When your Ooze vapor battery is dead, it will typically flash green 10-15 times. Start by plugging it into the charger. If the pen lights up green and the charger lights up red, your pen is dead!
2. YOUR VAPORIZER PEN IS HAVING A CONNECTION ISSUE
When your battery is having a connection issue, the battery will typically blink green 4-5 times. There are two ways you can have a connection issue, either your cartridge is leaking, you have an irregular-sized cartridge or a deformed coil.
3. YOUR BATTERY HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY DAMAGED
If you’ve tried and ruled out the first two reasons your pen could be blinking green and followed our fix-it tips, your Ooze battery might be permanently damaged. If this is the case, you will have to get a new one and it might even be covered under warranty.
