O-rings are used in vaping to prevent juice from leaking out between the various tank components, or the glass and metal parts. When you buy a tank, you will normally get some extras included so you can replace an O-ring if it becomes lost, damaged, or torn.

When you unscrew the tank to change the coil look at the threads at the bottom of the chimney, there should be a clear oring there. Hth

The only tank I got with SUPER clear instructions on assembly of EVERYTHING was the Russian 3.0 but trust me, that tank NEEDS a deconstructed map of which parts go where, there are about 85 of them or something.
