Everything in your pictures I can see tells me that's an authentic, The milling and Kennedy logo looks like what I would expect (The clones never get the E right in Kennedy) and only the authentic Kennedys I've come across have that little dimple in the middle of the copper positive post, all of the clones I've ever seen do not have that.

I was wondering if this is an authentic and if anyone knows how to fix a connection problem stemming from the copper pin on the bottom recessing up (most likely from over tightening) and not connecting to my mod right.

I pushed down on the positive post screw hard and it popped the center pin out of the bottom about 1/8 of an inch. Fixed for now
