I'm trying to figure out how much e-liquid I will need for a month's supply. My funds are rather limited so I'm really trying to budget this thing out. I used to smoke 1 pack a day. It has been a little over a week since I started vaping. I've estimated that about 10ml of e-liquid will last four days.

Dee, thanks for confirming this. I was not too far off the mark. However, I just realized that my math did not add up. What I meant to say was: 10 ml every 4 days should add up to about 75 ml a month. Your response helps a lot. Thanks again.

About 150ml per month, and still haven't found my 'all day' vape, it's always about 5 or 6 different fruity things during the day and something mellow in the evening.

It took me a good while to figure out how much I was consuming per day. Finally, I got some 3.75ml dropper bottles a few months ago and that made things a lot more clear, since they seem to hold about a day's worth of juice for me.

I use 3-4ml per day but my average really doesn't have any effect on yours since we are all so different in how much we vape. Even with limited funds do yourself the favor and average high in the beginning. Always better to have more than you'll need than not enough.

What are the ingredients in vape juice?
Vape juice has a handful of ingredients in it – vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol, flavorings, and nicotine (read more about how to choose your nic level here). Since there’s only so much that manufacturers can put in a juice, the quality of what goes in becomes that much more important.
Why are organic vape juices so expensive?
I mentioned above how organic vape juices tend to be more expensive than the regular ones. In part, that’s because of the quality of the ingredients. However, another significant cost is the process of obtaining a certificate that proves that the juice is indeed organic.
Why do vape juice companies charge premium?
Instead of offering a low-end product, and selling it in bulk, some companies purposefully charge a premium because they are going after high-paying customers. Of course, this is usually reflected in the product quality but it doesn’t have to be – sometimes is just a question of putting the same generic vape juice in a high-gloss packaging and raising the price. Sometimes you will get your juice in nondescript plastic bottles packed in small cardboard boxes. Other times, these bottles will be high-quality glass, featuring a designer label and artwork. The packaging will also be carefully considered – ultra protective, with foam cut-outs to protect the juice during transport. This can considerably hike up the price for a milliliter.
Is vape juice cheap?
When I say regular, I mean vape juice that’s available in most vape shops around you. It’s affordable but not too cheap; the ingredients are fine, but not top notch; and there’s no marketing or hoopla surrounding it. These juices are reasonably priced because the makers use affordable marketing techniques, minimal steeping, minimal packaging, no certification, rudimentary manufacturing processes, and so on.
Does vaping help you save?
So, yes, vaping did help me save quite a bit over the years. You could probably save even more – it will depend on how much you smoke, how much juice you will need to replace that habit, and how much you are willing to pay for a 30 ml bottle. Not all vape juices are created equal.
My how we've fallen
