Arizer Solo causing Asthma attacks even on heat level 2 with water filtration?

I recently copped an Arizer Solo because I recently came down with Asthma and wanted a method of consumption that would go easy on my throat. However, even after 1 12 min session at heat level #2 (365 degrees F) I get my throat closing up and bad coughs, including when the vapor is filtered through with both cold and warm water.

Help from UK based users

I have a Solo2 which I really like, it has been repaired under warranty for a battery issue. However I think the problem is that it was shipped with a European plug, which means I have to use a travel adapter. Has anyone had luck finding a UK plug, I don't want to use a cheap plug and risk killing my vape.
