I'm a relatively new vaper and have been vaping for about 5 months. I started out with Apollo e-cigs, then went to Mistic e-cigs and cartridges from the gas station.... long story short, they were too expensive for my daily budget, so I ordered an Ego and e-liquid online instead.

I think you will find that many juices you order online (or DIY) provide more Nic than "smoke shop " or "Gas station" juices.

My suggestion is that you get checked out by your doctor, just to be safe. Never fool around with chest pains and skipping heart beats. Could be nothing, and, probably is, but much better to be safe than sorry!!!

I'm not a doctor and this is my opinion only. What you're describing sounds to me to be from too much nicotine. Do not allow this to continue, it could be really unhealthy!!

Get checked out by your doctor. An EKG is about $50 at my doctor's office and it provides a great sense of relief when it turns up negative. Until you know, you will be nervous about your skipped heartbeats. The pain in your chest might not be anything serious, but an Xray will ease your mind. Go ... now ... and get checked out.

First most, Stop vaping the liquid that is on-setting this and Go to the DR! These are potentially serious issues and should be cleared by a medical professional.

Never feel silly about going to the ED for chest pains. I tell my pts that there is no "classic" MI. Everyone does not share the same symptoms. So many people avoid getting checked out (for whatever reason) and are found dead a few days later. An MI may take seconds, it could take days.

RTA Help

Hey there. So I am not totally new to vaping. However, this RTA business is starting to drive me crazy. I switched to RTA because my husband has been doing his for six years, and we got tired of buying new coils. I am using a Vaporesso Gen mod with a Dead Rabbit RTA.

Any ideas what these smudges are? they also seem to be present on the connectors inside the mod , where the batteries touch. Mod is Aegis X. Both are married, charged externally and were bought 2 months ago

Can you eat the distillate in a vape?

As a precaution yes you probably should. Especially if you're using unregulated cartridges (didn't get it from a Dispensary yourself) or the vape itself has design flaws making it toxic. If you need it for medical use and are getting lung pain inexplicably I would switch to edibles. You can eat the distillate used to fill the cartridges as it has been decarbed, but if its flavored or has additives then I wouldn't recommend that.
