From what i know, There are two possibilities. The battery inside of the ego c is faulty or the ego has shorted out . Want to see whats inside of the ego? Take a look at this video

ok, so i bought myself two ego-c twist kits, I thought i had the same issue, I'd screw the thing in, and the RED light to indicate charging would come on, but the light on the battery would not, after debating taking it apart, i decided to try the other charger, it worked! I looked at the charger and noticed some residue on the contact on the actual charger, i wiped it off with my shirt and tada! I know this won't be the case for everyone, but maybe some?.

I mention it on the last thread somewhere. No more Egos batt for me. 3 of my twist went kaput. I manage to recover 1 of them by resoldering the loose wire but another 2 can't even work after I resoldered it back. And the twist is not like the ego-c easy to dismantle and resolder.

All of a sudden one of my eGo batteries seems to be stuck in on mode. Anything to be done or is it a bad battery. It is only a couple of weeks old.

try pushing it a few times see if you can get it back out. The eGo button can stick on occassion , I've never had it happen but some others have.

If the light remains on it would indicate the MOSFET switch has failed in the open position. Rare (as the previous post indicated). Had this happen on a Riva and left it sit until the light went out, which took several days on a newly charged battery.

I've never had problems with my VT products, but I know they are stand up people. I'm happy its all fixed now!
