Why do sub ohm tanks have more airflow?
This is why sub-ohm tanks have much more airflow than standard resistance tanks. More open airflow also requires you to vape differently , using a straight-to-lung draw style instead of mouth-to-lung. And this creates a completely different throat sensation.
What is PG in e juice?

Did you try a lower voltage on the Twist? that's the first thing, but if you already did and its harsh, it could be that atomizer is burnt at the coil... did you over heat it at any point?

Data I have so far.... just started.... is that atmos are only good for about 4 fill cycles before needing either cleaning or replacing. More experienced vapers might say, clean them every fill cycle. I mean, EVERYthing works best when it's new.

You can clean it w/ everclear, vodka or distilled water. Wouldn't recommend anything else but if an atty starts hitting harshly it means its gunked up and needs to be blown out and/or cleaned. I'd recommend getting a bridgeless as it cuts down on gunk buildup - a 306 is best for dripping.

Your atty is probably just dirty and needs a cleaning and dry burn to restore it back to close to new perormance. I would suggest to rinse it good with warm water at the sink, blow it out from the top to clear the airflow holes, then dry burn.

There could be an issue with it getting gunked up from use. I usually just boil mine in shallow water (so the escaping oxygen makes a agitating action in the atty) for about 5mins, and let dry overnight. It'll never be as good as new, but still rather nice.
