I would think that as long as it's not firing and burning up all your juice then it should be fine. It is, after all, just a display LED for show.

The exact same thing happened to me on a black Joye 510 I just received from China last week. The light wouldn't go off on the 1st battery after charged, & the 2nd battery barely holds any charge. Bad batch or charger? I hope not 'cause I have another unopened kit. What brand was yours?

I have a mega battery from a multipack I got from TW that will not turn off. Also one of the atty's was DOA. I was told no warranty. It's been 12 hours and the led is still on.
