You could try the following methods to recover:
- Please take off the tank and click the fire button, and then place that tank back on, click "n" when it asks "is it a new coil".
- Please make sure screws are tight on the tank if you use the RBA coil on your mod.
How do you fix ohms on a vape?
Typically, pairing the proper SMOK-branded coils with your SMOK device is the easiest way to fix this problem. If you're working with a rebuildable atomizer (RBA), the resistance of your coils may be too high or low. Adjusting the resistance will usually clear the error.Oct 22, 2019

What Ohm Resistance Should I Use in My Clearomiser?
There’s no one answer (although the sub-ohm chart above may help) – it depends on you, the vapour and throat hit you prefer, as well as the voltage...
Variable Voltage E-Cigs Explained
The resistance of your atomiser is not the only thing which controls the amount of vapour, flavour and throat hit that are produced. It also depend...
Variable Voltage vs Variable Wattage Devices
Essentially, the difference between variable voltage and variable wattage is a bit like the difference between an automatic and a manual car. With...
What Does Mah in E-Cig Batteries Mean?
You’ve probably seen mAh used to describe electronic cigarette batteries. mAh is important because it measures how long a battery lasts. Going back...
Advanced Explanation of Voltage, Watts and Ohms For Vapers

I have 2 imren 40 amp 3000mah batteries and 2 cheap no name (xiamen) single battery 18650 chargers. I've only used each battery 2 or 3 times each and now they don't work at all. The green light is on in the charger indicating they are charged yet my multimeter reads literally 0 volts on both batteries. I ran them on a .12 ohm build.

how far down did you run the batteries when using them?? depleting the batteries below 3.2V when in use has a tendancy to shorten the life span of the battery. If you ran the battery down below 2V while using it, the battery is pretty much toast...
What is wattage in vaping?
Wattage is the measure of the amount of power a vape uses or puts out. Adjusting the wattage will also adjust the voltage of a device. It’s simply a different way of measuring heating power in a vape pen.
What is variable voltage vape pen?
A variable voltage vape pen allows you to select the voltage at which your battery operates, no matter how much power remains in it. This means a consistent power input and more control over the temperature, which means more control over the vape’s flavor and experience.
How long do vape pens last?
Lithium-ion batteries are the most common power source for vape pens, which have a life expectancy of 250-300 charges, or about three years of average use. O.pen, however, offers a Friend for Life lifetime warranty.
How long does it take for a vape pen to charge?
This depends on the size and age of your device. A small vape pen can charge in as little as 30 minutes, while larger or older devices can take several hours. The O.pen 2.0 Variable Voltage battery has a unique Rapid Charge feature.
Why is lower voltage better?
A lower voltage setting allows more subtle flavors to come through since some delicate terpenes may not be discernible with higher heat. Lower voltage also offers softer effects since it may take more hits on a low heat setting to achieve the desired level of THC or other cannabinoids.
What is a vape device?
Vape devices use simple circuits that contain a battery, a switch and a heating coil. The circuit is effectively a controlled short, with the power output from the battery used to create heat.
How does variable wattage work?
The variable wattage device will then automatically adjust the power going through the atomiser (the voltage) to produce the power output you need (the wattage).
What does ohm mean in atomizers?
An ohm (Ω) is a unit of resistance. Essentially, the lower the resistance of your coil, the more electricity will flow through it. Increase the amount of resistance and less electricity will flow through. So when you use a lower resistance atomiser, and more electricity flows through, you will find the following:
What is the resistance of a sub ohm coil?
The term sub-ohm, while still used, is not as relevant as it used to be. Coils below 1 ohm are common, and coils with a resistance of 0.8 ohms are often used for Mouth-to-Lung vaping. Even lower resistance coils, such as 0.15 coils, are often used for cloud vaping.
What is the difference between variable voltage and variable wattage?
The difference between variable voltage and variable wattage is a bit like the difference between an automatic and a manual car. With a variable voltage device, you manually control the amount of power (voltage) going through your device.
What is variable voltage?
With a variable voltage device, you manually control the amount of power (voltage) going through your device. The amount of energy that is actually output will depend on how the resistance of your atomiser interacts with that power flowing through it. A variable wattage device is different.
What is a milliampere hour?
A milliampere hour (mAh) is 1000th of an ampere hour (Ah). Both are used as a measure of battery capacity, a higher mAh rating means more capacity. mAh only measures capacity and should not be confused with power.
What does "no atomizer" mean?
1. "No Atomizer" or "Check Atomizer". No atomizer / check atomizer alert: when the device does not detect an atomizer, the OLED screen will display "No Atomizer" or "Check Atomizer". ◆ Check the 510 electrode of your tank. Most of the devices have self-adjusting 510 connectors, but some have manually adjustable ones.
What does "check USB" mean?
Check USB alert: when the voltage of the USB charger is equal or greater than the supported voltage, the OLED screen will display "Check USB" after inserting the USB Cable or vaping.
What does "over X seconds protection" mean?
Over X seconds protection: the device will have some protection for safety use. When the power button is pressed for over the supported time protection, the output will shut off and the OLED screen will display "Over Xs Protection".
