I am 51, born in 70. Back in the 70s I remember standing in line at the bank with the lines to get to the teller had ashtrays, ashtrays everywhere, I found some joy in playing with the ashtrays and crushing the ash.
Quit smoking but still addicted to nicotine
I quit smoking a couple years ago and switched to snus. And the past few months, I've stopped tobacco by using tobacco free Zyn pouches that have 6 mg of nicotine. However, it's still an expensive and annoying habit. But whenever I try to quit I feel like the world is ending. I will literally feel like crying.
