I find a blend works best to let through TH and flavor while buffering the irritation. Nicotine is a skin irritant and PG does very little to buffer against that. When my nic was higher I liked 70pg/30vg and now prefer 80pg/20vg.

I've been vaping for 6 weeks and that happened to me. I thought at first that it might be the pg, but I lowered my nicotine level and started drinking much more water, and it has gotten much better.
