I'd see a doctor. My suspicion is that the PG/VG ratio has nothing to do with and the amount of nicotine you're consuming is raising your blood pressure. This is especially likely if you have high nic content, are vaping a ton, and adding a cig to the mix. Add caffeine and/or alcohol to the equation and your blood pressure will skyrocket.
