Ebay Canada does not allow the sale of vape products. To my knowledge, the policy has been in place for both US and Canada for some time. There are sellers who do not comply to the policies, and I am sure there are challenges to policing. There may also be accessories such as drip tips that may not fall under the regulations.

I rolled the dice and bought a high end RTA on Ebay for very cheap, and it turned out to be authentic. Worst case scenario it's a clone for slightly more money than usual, but even a clone at that point was near impossible to find. Pretty much a win win situation. It's a gamble on Ebay in my opinion.
