Quit smoking but still addicted to nicotine
I quit smoking a couple years ago and switched to snus. And the past few months, I've stopped tobacco by using tobacco free Zyn pouches that have 6 mg of nicotine. However, it's still an expensive and annoying habit. But whenever I try to quit I feel like the world is ending. I will literally feel like crying.

How’s it going guys , 5 months clean currently (since end of March counting from April 2021) and I was just wondering cause I can’t seem to find this answer anywhere. I still smoke weed everyday and on the weekends when I drink I love tobacco, (as earlier started I’m 5 months clean).
Why is dokha so strong?
So every morning I like to smoke a bowl of dokha and I get a good buz. I never have been so dizzy from any other form of tobacco. Does anyone know what type of tobacco it is? I was planning on buying some whole leaves of Nicotiana Rustica to compare it to plus some burly to mix it with what is dokha anyone know?
