The PG juice does seem to have better taste than VG, It actually tastes like tobacco

Hi there, what ratio of juice pg/vg 70/30 50/50 or more vg than pg, maybe try putting the juice bottle in some hot water for a while and it will thin it down a bit but not effect the taste and nic value, just a thought?

Try cleaning off the carto threads with isopropyl and dipping a pin and getting into the holes in the threads. get into the hole in the middle of the carto threads too. Sometimes they just get gummed and need cleaning. The draw itself is tight it sounds like, not just little or no vapor but airflow is fine?

Hopefully the carto has a defined center air channel - take the endcap off and see if you can see light through that air channel.
