What size label should I use for vapes?
You can make e-juice and vape labels in any shape, size and finish to suit your bottle size. With a minimum size of only 20mm x 20mm, you can create a perfect label for 5ml, 10ml, 20ml, 50ml, 100ml e-liquid bottles and beyond. Plus, you can choose from shimmering gloss, transparent clear or multi-colour metallic. There’s also silk matt, which is perfect for labels where you may need to write on flavours or nicotine percentages.

What toner do you use to print on clear?
The toners we use to print on clear materials are slightly transparent, this means that for the parts that you require to be opaque or to add full colour images we have to create a white base layer on the artwork behind the colour or image, this is achieved by creating a separate layer on your artwork named “white” and anywhere our press finds this colour it will print white toner (beneath the CMYK artwork, beneath images or on it's own).
How much bleed do you need for a print?
All artwork supplied to us for print must have at least 3mm bleed and 3mm inner safe area on all trimmed edges. Please do NOT add crop marks.
What color is a white design printed in?
Any white parts on your design that are not named “white” will be printed in a silver metallic.
Can labels darken?
Think about the appearance you are trying to achieve for your label, some materials may darken or lighten the appearance of your artwork once printed.
Is polypropylene vinyl waterproof?
You can choose any shape, size and finish, and upload your artwork or receive a free design. We also offer polypropylene vinyl, which is waterproof, weatherproof and liquid-proof. This means there’s no risk of ink running or labels peeling if your customers spill a few drops.
Can a logo fit in a smaller bottle?
The capacity and shape of your bottles will also affect your logo’s size, and may even make you need to consider a design that will be just as effective on a smaller sized bottle as it is on a larger sized one. One size could potentially fit them all, but it could also be in your best interests to play around with styles and sizes.
Is e-liquid corrosive?
E-liquid is not a corrosive substance, but it sure is sticky, so make sure you choose the right material for your bottles. For example, paper labels may look good, but if you have a glass bottle with a dropper attachment, your customers may have drips and spills on the label which could affect the label adhesive and cause it to separate from the bottle.
How much extra to add to a full wrap label?
For a full-wrap label, add an extra 1/4" to your label length.
