If one was to fall out, I would look for it. If two fell out, I would rethink my use habits. If three of four fell out and are lost, I would return it.

Maybe you should try using a silicone sleeve after you get the screws replaced to keep fro, losing them in the future.

I think, going off the pic, that those are the same screws used on laptops to hold the casing in place. If they have short threads and not long ones, my next guess would be the screws used to secure the hard drive in a laptop. Your best bet would probably be to take one of the screws to a PC repair shop to see if they have any matching ones.
