Do you need an ID to vape?
Yes, every delivery containing vaping products will require an adult (21+) with ID to sign for the package in ALL states. Some of our customers are used to this, as 11 states we ship already have this law and it works well.
Does UPS have a ban on vaping?
The PACT Act prevents USPS from carrying any vaping products and while FedEx and UPS have also stated they will stop carrying vaping products, there is not a ban on shipping vape products.
How long can you go to jail for a vape?
Violations of the new PACT Act carry civil and criminal penalties, including up to three years in prison. It’s important for anyone involved in the selling, manufacturing, or shipping of vapes or vape parts across US state lines to consider how and if the PACT Act impacts their business.
What is end vaping?
The term “ENDS” includes all vaping products and accessories, even if they don’t contain nicotine. This applies to zero-nicotine e-liquids, tobacco free nicotine e-cigs, and CBD/THC vape pens, among other products.
