Why is my vape on but not working?

How big is a Micro DX?
The first thing that was changed from the original is the packaging. The Micro-DX comes in a drawer style black box, pretty small: 17x6x6cm (about 6.5"x2.5"x2.5"). It has a "beauty ring" on it, with the logo and product name, otherwise the top face is completely clean and black, with a plastic window, where you can see the device. The sides contain some information, such as the "KandpyPens" logo with the subtitle "lifetime warranty", and some product introduction on the bottom. Let me not type it in here, it's the regular marketing stuff.
