For your situation, considering you have an RDA and an iStick 50, I'd build a coil pretty high (1.5-2 ohms) and adjust your wattage according to taste. With a 2ohm coil you could hit your 50W mark @ 10V, expect lots of heat and flavor there! Best thing to do is use the VV on your iStick and just vape and adjust until you hit your sweet spot.

Also try mixing the juices a bit lower than the recommended percentage. A lot of the manufacturers set the percentage high because of the lack of taste that smokers have and these flavors are geared for new Vapors and are super sweet. Cut the recommended percentage by 1/3 or even 1/2.
