I bought my very first RTA today always used the tanks and pre built coil's and wanted to try on my own. So I bought the Zeus RTA today and I love it it's so awesome. But what is happening when I was using my tank I would vape at 60 to 65 watt's and with this I cannot go a full pull then it will hit a dry hit.

The wattage depends heavily on the coil you are using. If it has a lot of mass, you will need higher wattage to get it working at its best. Just start low and increase slowly until you get the vape your looking for.

Early this year I bought an Aromamizer plus rta. I am an experienced rda user and wrap my coils and wick myself for a couple years now. The first three builds I put in it were nice and had worked well on drippers and a mage rta I had, but had no flavor and i was getting dry hits occasionally.

PG/VG mix can affect the wicking also. Higher VG without a thinner (PG, DW) may not wick properly.

Wattage (for me) is honestly not the hugest factor in dry hits in an RTA, LOL, I am a totally wattage weenie, though. 9 times out of 10, it is TOO much wick in the tails. If I don't thin it well, and etc., I don't get the capillary action I need, and I'll get "dry spots" in the tail.
