Last March, I rated 2.5/5 the first edition of Kbox suggested that a second edition would come and fill the gaps of the initial product. I was rather well inspired because the new KBox has nothing to do with the former version.

I recently bought my first ever vape, the kangertech subox mini c. It worked completely fine for a while but for some reason it's currently stuck on the charging animation. If i put the battery in the box, it loads up the kangertech sign and the starting the charging animation regardless of if it is plugged in or not.

I'm not sure. You could try making sure the battery terminals are clean/wipe them off, and try the battery again. If you can get another battery to try, I would do that. Your other option is to bring it to where you purchased it, to see if they can help/replace and/or warranty if it's an electronics issue.

I agree with djsvapour. If it is a battery problem you probably wouldn't get any display at all. The easy way to test this is to replace the battery. It will either work or it won't. I have a Topbox mini and the battery I got with it was 18650 3.7V 2500MaH. I'm not familiar enough with this equipment to know if that matters.

I think the USB port is the problem. You can use Zippo fluid to clean the port.

I'm thinking port problem, too. The mods brain is getting a signal from the port that an active cable is attached.
