Yup, 32 mg is very high. I agree with Thrasher. Add some VG or PG to the juice or a bit of both if you want to keep the ratio the same. The good thing is that you want to reduce both nic and flavor. If you add an amount half the volume of your juice it will be 21 mg which is still a significant amount of nic.
