My supplier told me that Light cigarettes are equivalent to 11 or 12 mg of Nicotine in e-juices. Carts won't give you the same experience over time so I would suggest try dripping. If you still feel it's not enough, go with the 18 mg. 24 and 36 mg are already like the Reds

I would say to start off with a 24mg and work your way down to a 16mg. I smoked Marlboro lights about a pack and a half a day and this worked for me.

I smoked about a pack and a half of Marlboro Red for years, then Lights or "gold" for the past few years. That "should" put me into the 24mg-36mg range. My first experience with vaping (my mini-mart ecig) was 18 mg that came pre-filled in cartos. Since my Riva got here, I have been happily vaping 8 mg juice and even some 6mg.
