I like the Ego One tanks with CLR coils. They are easily rewickable/rebuildable but are cheap enough to be disposable. I like a restricted DL inhale too. The .5 ohm coils are more airy than the 1 ohm coils.

I'm a MTL vaper that likes an airier draw. The Subtank/Toptank would seem to fit your needs. They have coils both for MTL and DL vaping. I mainly rebuild the RBA, but do also use the 1.5 coil heads. @Coastal Cowboy linked a great price that may be worth giving it a try and see?

The Nautilus 2 is a good choice, I started MTL on that. Everyone was saying the best tank for drop in coils and MTL flavor is the Kabuki and the newest version holds 3 ml, not 2 like the Nautilus 2, I sprung for the original as I was told it IS better than the clones, but some of the clones are great.
