Build Quality and Design of Vandy Vape Mesh V2 RDA
The Vandy Vape Mesh V2 RDA is well-built, and the build quality really meets what I have expected. On the top of the sleeve, you can see the engraved "M" formed by geometric shapes that were present on the original Vandy Vape Mesh RDA. On the chamber, you can see the dual honeycomb style airflow holes comprising of 2 rows of 10 holes on each side.
Build Deck of Vandy Vape Mesh V2 RDA
The design of the build Mesh V2 RDA deck is really simple, which is very similar to the original Mesh RDA. It is easy to build on, even for a beginner. The build deck is postless, making it easy to insert the precut mesh strip and tighten up it. Each side features a vertical sitting clamp for the end of your mesh to slide into.
Vandy Vape Mesh V2 RDA Airflow
The airflow on the Vandy Vape Mesh V2 RDA is excellent. It features a side airflow but the holes are very high which are even similar to the top airflow of the Dead Rabbit RDA. The honeycomb airflow is smooth and you can adjust the airflow easily by turning the ribbed small top cap. There are 20 airflow holes on each side of the chamber.

The Vandy Vape Mesh V2 RDA is a solid RDA that will satisfy the most mesh lovers. Building and wicking are really simple even for a beginner. You can use the Mesh V2 RDA with a regular mod by dripping through the drip tip, or a squonk mod with a BF pin (included in the box).
What is mesh v2?
The Mesh V2 is a neat and clean looking RDA. It has a simple look but the few design elements it does have really make it look good. One is the ridges along the top cap. They add some sophistication to the Mesh V2 while also making it easier to adjust the airflow.
How many holes are there in Mesh V2?
Airflow on the Mesh V2 is made up of two rows of 10 holes on each side of the tank. It’s positioned near the top of the body so this is a top airflow RDA, but the top cap has slots that angle downwards. Air gets drawn through the holes and directed downward from the slots in the top cap, directly to the coil.
Is the mesh V2 postless?
The build deck on the Mesh V2 features dual clamps inside of two blocks so it’s essentially a postless build deck. The clamps are just the right size to fit the included mesh. They’re secured by small Philips head screws. It’s really easy to build and wick this deck, even if you’re a complete beginner to mesh.

It is built well, the deck is easy to work on, and it is a solid performer when it comes to squonking. But if you are into flavor chasing, do yourself a favor and don’t waste time with mesh.

Like all RDAs these days, the Mesh V2 comes with a squonk pin. I used it both for dripping and squonking and it really works better as a squonker. There isn’t much of a juice well since you need to use a lot of cotton, so dripping on it will be very inconvenient—you’ll need to drip every couple of puffs.

The Mesh V2 is technically a side airflow RDA but the holes are so high up that it’s pretty much a top airflow— similar to the airflow placement of the Dead Rabbit RDA. According to my testing of many atomizers, the flavor of atties with an angled “top” airflow lacks compared to true side and/or bottom airflow ones.
