The chart is the 'yahoo answers' of vaping. If you know absolutely little and don't much care to, the chart can be useful. The answer is whatever you want. As long as your battery can keep up with the amp draw, go as high as you like. I'm currently around 18 watts and see no reason to change.

I'm running my IGO-W at about 25 watts (0.54Ω, 6.85 amps with 1600mAh 30amp Efest batteries). Need really good wicking and airflow, though, or you're going to burn the crap out of your juice or your wick. My holes are drilled out to 3/32" right now and could go a little bigger.

I always adjust to preference. Right now I'm rocking a .6 ohm coil at 4.0v (Estimated battery charge) works fine for me. Brings it to ~20w (Ball parking that figure.)
