Changes in elevation or temperature can cause leaking in cartridges. If your cartridge is leaking, clean the cartridge with alcohol on connection areas, then use a paper clip to take out any excess oil in the chamber to prevent oil from coming through the top or bottom of the cartridge.

Why Is My Battery Flashing?
Not a problem! There is a quick solution to any battery issue. A flashing light means 1. The battery is dead and needs a charge. 2. It is having a connection issue. For the VARIABLE VOLTAGE 2.0 BATTERY you can click the tip of the pen 3 times to see if the pen is dead. If flashing RED this is a connection issue.

Lower voltage means more pure vapor but a lighter hit, so always start low and work your way up. Voltage numbers don’t tell you whether it’s a better product, they just tell you whether it is the right product for your cartridge and vice versa.
