Yes, this sounds more pharmacological than allergenic to me. At 24mg in combination with blood thinners, you are likely getting a bigger nicotine ratio to your bloodstream than someone who isn't on Coumadin. You will probably be fine going to about half that strength.

I totally agree with Ivisi. The blood thinner is going to lead to a bigger nic impact...and 24 mg is way too high for me, and I'm not on a blood thinner.

My 11mg juice arrived today and and it seems a lot better. Still gettting a little bit of lightheadedness but nowhere near as bad as before. My DIY juice mixing kit has apparently been shipped so should turn up sometime next week. Will experiment more with dosages when that arrives
