Perhaps try a humidifier and see if that works for your voice. Nothing is known about vaping water, not worth the risk imo.

I've tried vaping just water in a tank before, doesn't work very well at all. If it would lower your voice, no idea.

Thanks to vaping, I quit my social smoking... but now I am a daily vaper - am I worse off?

I was a social smoker, smoking maybe on average 1 cig a day... sometimes went days without smoking. The majority of my smoking came when going out and drinking, in which case I would smoke a lot... like 10-20 cigs a night. This would happen maybe once every 2-3 weeks on average...
