Have you tried this same juice with the new stainless screws. I'm leaning towards it being the juice reacting with the screws (assuming they are not stainless). The sure way to know would be trying with the new screws that you know are stainless and see if it's still turning red.

I know that sweeter juices turn color as it is atomized. Such as "Red, White and Blue" E-juice from MBV will go in clear and by half a tank down it is a amber/brownish color. It could be just the juice changing color as it's heated. What flavor are you vaping when you notice the red juice?
