Example - 10ml of 11mg plus 5ml of 6mg. 10x11=110. 5x6=30. 140 total divided by 15ml=9.33mg.

It's safe... if you mix 11mg and 11mg liquids together, you still have 11mg liquid. If you mix 11mg and 6mg liquid in a 50/50 ratio, you will end up somewhere in between, at about 8.5mg.
