I'm looking for something fairly strong, sweet, and without too much of a "bite" for a perfume blend. I have Orange Blood at the moment, but it has a little too much bite, and Sweet Orange isn't quite interesting enough.

Are all brands of essential oils practically the same potency?

So I have been browsing on Amazon and I am so confused by the totally different prices. I was super potent peppermint oil, and preferably a fair amount of it but under $15. I see some of them who sell 4 oz for $14 while some sell 1oz for $13 and I am confused if one is less potent than the other.
