Just keep it on charge for a bit longer. A backup batt is a must, but surely you will acquire a few batts in due time. I have a drawer full of old ego and 510 batts just laying around for backup.

What charger do you have? Dd you buy it with the Twist, or did you have it previously? How many volts and MAH does it put out. The stanard eGo chargers around usually around 4.2v and 420mah.. If you're using an old pen style battery charger, chances are it's not putting out as much power, and thus is taking longer.

I have a 650 twist, and it does take a while to charge. I can go through 2 180 mAh 901 batteries waiting for it easily. I've come to do the charger dance with it attached to my laptop when it dies about half way through my day: battery blinks, I put it on the charger…i want a vape, i take it off, vape, and put it back on.

Definitely check your charger, you need at least a 420mah, a 500mah rapid charger is preferable.

My 900mah twist battery's take about 2.5-3 hours to charge from dead. 10 hours is way to long for a 420ma charger. You could try cleaning the contacts on the charger and battery but it sounds like either the battery or the charger is not working correctly.

I use 1k mah Twists and when they're totally depleted they take @ 3hrs to charge in my experience. Hopefully you just got a dud charger and it's not your battery. When you can I'd order a back up charger in the future just in case.

I just had my own issues with my first Twist the other night, I found it only charged for like..five or ten minutes before going green and it was still dead or close to it.. What I ended up doing was popping it off the charger (standard eGo 420) and turning the voltage setting on the Twist all the way to the maximum before hooking it back up.
