If you just increase wattage you also risk dry hits etc higher wattage does not increase the speed in which the mod reaches the wattage you set. its only going to supply more volts to reach the selected wattage.

I think it will always give off the amount of extra power, and that should be consistent across builds, I think? I mean if you have it set to 90 watts to start, that's what it should give, until you start reaching the correct temperature, which will be faster or slower I guess, depending on how much metal you are heating up?
