You can dilute it with PG and VG, no problem, and it won't even need a couple of weeks to steep. Just shake it really, really well and it could maybe sit for a day or so (keep shaking!). But it will definitely dilute the flavor. If you think the flavor is too strong to begin with, that might not be a problem, though.

Just dilute it a little at a time until you notice the flavor trailing off a little, then stop. That's what I do. Plus I have a few different tobacco flavors that I can take a few drops out of to put a little flavor back into the juice, or I'll add some café mocha.
