All products listed on our website are in stock at our warehouse unless otherwise stated. Most in stock orders ship within 24-48 business hours, Monday-Friday (excluding Federal Holidays). All orders are shipped from the Vape Royalty Headquarters located in Dallas, Texas (USA).
Do I need an ID check to ship my vape?
All shipments will require an adult signature (21+) with I.D. check upon delivery, according to law. Additionally, brick & mortar local vape shops and online retailers are both now required to collect state and local excise taxes on vaping products.

Does e-juice come with a warranty?
Some products, such as e-juice do not come with a manufacture warranty. In these cases we suggest contacting the manufacture as in some cases the manufacture (and this is especially true for e-juice manufactures) will work with you directly to warranty their product as a courtesy.
Is the delivery date shown on the tracking number an estimate?
While most orders are delivered on or before the estimated delivery date that is provided on the tracking number, the delivery date shown on the tracking number are only an estimate and are not guaranteed by the shipping carrier.
Does each manufacturer determine if a product is warranted?
Each manufacture determines if warranty their products and if so, how their warranty on their products are handled. As long as the manufacture of the product you have purchased warranties that product, we can guide you through the steps in warranting your product if you find it is defective. While many warranties are handled through us, some manufactures require warranties be handled directly through them, in which we will inform you when you contact us.
What is the new law for vaping?
The effect of this new law broadens the definition of tobacco products to include electronic cigarettes, vapes, eLiquids and vaping accessories. This means that after March 26th online retailers will be required to collect state and local excise taxes on vaping products and require Adult Signature (21+) on all deliveries nationwide. Other compliance requirements include labeling and packaging, record-keeping, and State and Federal registration and reporting.
Is vape royalty shipping?
At Vape Royalty, we are committed and working diligently to ensure that we are in compliance with the PACT Act’s rules and regulations. We will be using a new shipping solution which is in compliance with different state and federal laws. Beginning April 2nd, we will begin transitioning to the new shipping solution which will be available for customers in certain regions of the U.S. The option will be shown at checkout.
