A good way to gauge how much you think you're vaping is by how much juice you go through in a week. So how much juice do you use in a week? When I first started vaping, I was not a subohm and using higher nic strength, 18mg. 30 ml of this in roughly less than a week. Dropped to 12mg but still vaped quite often.
