Clicking the reset button hasn't done anything, also powered it on and off, resetting both while it's on and off. Still not fixed.

just bought this but left the shop without hitting it. I click to hit it but get "power locked" on the screen. I tried the reset pin on the bottom but didn't do anything. I'm assuming this is a child lock that I accidentally activated. Anybody with a Smok vape (assuming they use the same software) or a Q Box that knows how to unlock it?
