I have had experience with cannabis and built up somewhat of a tolerance even before using a vape pen and a THC cartridge from a dispensary. I will tell you in my personal experience, I felt somewhat high off of a single long hit. Usually, the cartridges I get contain anywhere between 50%-85% THC in total.
