When I was smoking I would smoke around a pack and a half a day. Now that I'm vaping I'm vaping all day long. Is there a max we should vape or is it fine to vape as much as you would like? I'm using 24mg nicotine carts.

toddos Super Member ECF Veteran

You might want to consider cutting down on the nicotine, but otherwise there's nothing wrong with vaping all day. If you start getting jittery, cold sweats, or a headache, back off as you've had too much nic. If you're okay after vaping 24mg all day, then keep on keepin on

Well then I guess I'm good to go because I haven't had any headaches or any thing like that. I guess I will load up another carto then...

I would vape as much as you want...that's what I did in order to quit smoking. It might be a good idea to lower your nic level just a tad if you plan to chain vape. You may want to watch for nic overdose though. Make sure you drink plenty of hydrating fluids, watch for a burning sensation in your mouth/nose/throat, headaches and such.

I vape all day and half the night. You should be drinking plenty of water cuz vaping tends to dehydrate some people (more than others). Besides, it's good for you anyway.

You lie to your psychiatrist

My psychiatrist loves weight loss. He’s one of those doctors I need to leave because he believes every problem is a result of weight.

Medicated or Addicted?
